Laura Gehrki of Gehrki Commercial Real Estate (GCRE) is nominated by The Greater Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce for “Woman of the Year” for 2008.  Laura has been nominated for her outstanding contribution to the Community in service and leadership.  She has displayed dedication to the welfare of the Hot Springs Comunity and who opens paths so that others may follow.  She demonstrated a deliberate and focused effort to improve  quailty of life in the Community.  She has been active in the Hot Springs Community for several years acting as an inspiration to the Community.  The Banquet will be held February 29, 2009 at the Hot Springs Convention Center.

Cara Bellomy, with Gehrki Commercial Real Estate, has been selected as an Ambassador for The Greater Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce beginning January 2009.

Brian Gehrki, of Gehrki Commercial Real Estate (GCRE), has been selected for the Board of  “Fifty for the Future” in Hot Springs, AR.

“Fifty for the Future” is a local business organization established to:

A. Promote progressive City and County Government for Hot Springs and Garland County;

B. Assist in votor education regarding community issues;

C. Recruit qualified candidates for positions of leadership in the Hot Springs Community;

D. Counter efforts of negative and regressive groups who seek to undo progress made in the Hot Springs Community;

E. Promote Economic Development for Garland County.

Brian Gehrki, of Gehrki Commercial Real Estate, has been selected for The Greater Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors for a three (3) year term beginning January 2009.

Cara Bellomy, of Gehrki Commercial Real Estate, volunteers for the American Heart Association “2009 Heartball” Auction Chair Committee. The “Heartball” to be held on February 14, 2009.

Brian and Laura Gehrki have been selected by the American Heart Association to Chair the upcoming 2009 Heart Ball Event be held February 14, 2009, to be held at the Hot Springs Convention Center.
