Brian Gehrki
Brian is the Principal Broker of Gehrki Commercial Real Estate in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Upon graduating from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, he began his career in real estate in 1983 with the Doyle Rogers Company in Little Rock. At Doyle Rogers Company Brian was responsible for managing and leasing a real estate portfolio consisting of 1.5 million square feet of shopping center space located throughout the State of Arkansas.

From 1995 to 2002, Brian worked for Vogel Realty and then for PDC Companies where Brian initiated the beginning of its commercial real estate services division. Responsibilities during that time consisted of general brokerage and tenant representation services. Before leaving to launch Gehrki Commercial Real Estate in January 2003, Brian was President and Principal Broker of PDC Companies in Hot Springs.

Since 2003, Brian has continued to provide tenant representation and general brokerage services for several national and local clients. In addition, Brian has added real estate development to his career highlights. He has participated in over 20 development projects in the states of Arkansas, Ohio and Indiana. Brian continually evaluates real estate opportunities of all types in and out of Arkansas.

Cara Bellomy
Cara, Executive Broker is a longtime resident of Hot Springs, a graduate of Lakeside High School and attended Henderson State University and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock studying Accounting and Marketing. Cara obtained her real estate license in 1996 and has since been actively involved in the commercial real estate business. Her primary background is in the construction, leasing, and sale of office and retail properties throughout Arkansas.  Cara’s construction and development background, marketing education, and experience as a former business owner, gives her a broad perspective in working to resolve her clients’ real estate needs. Wendy Wilson
Wendy is a long time resident of Hot Springs and comes to the Gehrki team with over 10 years experience in the commercial real estate, marketing and graphic design industries.  Wendy’s expertise in these areas allow her to market properties using the most up to date technologies and tools available in the marketplace.

Wendy recently participated in the transaction involving the Army Corp of Engineer resulting in the construction of the Army National Guard and Army Reserve facility on Albert Pike. In addition, Wendy represented Burger King in the acquisition for new location in Hot Springs and Malvern.

Laura A. Gehrki
Laura attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Laura’s primary business experience has been in sales for national companies such as Southwestern Bell, AT&T and Valassis, the largest direct mail marketing company in the United States. Laura’s primary responsibilities at Gehrki include business development as well as support of civic activities throughout the community.
